Planning Commission <br />April 6, 2007 <br />Page Two <br />Stormwater Calculations <br />We have been working with McDonald's Engineer on revisions to their drainage <br />calculations submittal over the last week. Our review and modeling of their latest <br />submittal indicates the need to increase the length of the rock basin by 5 feet. <br />We are currently completing further review to determine if this is necessary, but <br />they have indicated the size will be modified to meet our final recommendation. <br />All the comments above have been discussed with Landform, McDonald's Engineer, and <br />are being addressed.
