Incident Report 06024948 <br />Ramsey County Sheriffs Department Printed: 10/18/06 02:55 PM <br />Narrative <br />1 Washington, Tony al, 12 -15 -1972, 6341 Zane Ave. N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55429, <br />2 H)763- 533 -2817, B /F. <br />3 <br />4 On Saturday evening, September 23, 2006, at approxiamately 6:O0pm, Ramsey County <br />5 Deputies Glen Pothen and myself were conducting Alcohol Compliance Checks in <br />6 the city of Little Canada. We were assisted by two male buyers, an 18 Y/O W /M, <br />7 and a 19 Y/) W /M, MJE& DJB. <br />8 <br />9 At this time I was with Buyer MJE and I sent him into the Oasis Market at 2250 <br />10 Rice Street to attempt to purchase alcohol without any ID. I had given the buyer <br />11 4 I a ten dollar bill to be used for the purchase attempt. MJE went directly into <br />12 the store and went to a cooler and selected a six pack of Budweiser Beer. MJE <br />13 brought the six pack to the check out counter and was helped by an older B/F <br />14 later identified as Washington. MJE was able to purchase the alcohol without <br />15 being asked for any ID. The buyer then walked directly out of the store and <br />16 handed the alcohol and change from the sale to me. <br />17 <br />18 I then took the beer and change back into the store and Identified myself. 1 <br />19 informed the clerks that we had just done an alcohol compliance check on the <br />20 store. I spoke to Wahington who admitted that she had sold the alcohol without <br />21 asking for ID. Washington told me that she had only been at this store for one <br />Reporting Officer: Deputy T.
