Washington produced an Illinois drivers license as positive <br />24 identification. I asked Washington why she did not ask for any Id from the <br />25 buyer and she said she was on the telephone at the time and just didn't do it. <br />26 I then refunded the beer and obtained my ten dollar bill back. I also informed <br />27 Washington that I would be writing a report which would go to the Little Canada <br />28 City Attorney for their rev iew of possible charges. <br />29 It should also be noted that in a later conversation with the store manager <br />30 (Britney McGee), I was told that Washington had in fact come from another Oasis <br />31 Market store in Brooklyn Park and did recieve all of the normal training that <br />32 ev ery employ ee reciev es. <br />33 <br />34 A photocopy of the buyers ID's is attached. <br />35 <br />36 Deputy Tom Johnson 10638/510 <br />Reporting Officer: Deputy T.
