RES Specialty Pyrotechnics <br />MAGI 1!M !THE'rAIR <br />Monday, February 19, 2007 <br />Joel Hanson <br />Little Canada, City of <br />515 Little Canada Road East <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600 <br />Dear Joel: <br />I was thrilled to have choreographed your fireworks program last year and I am <br />looking forward to working with you to design a show for Little Canada Canadian Days <br />on August 4, 2007. <br />Our proposal indicates size, shell effect, and quantity of shells. The shells listed in our <br />proposal will be used to design the following segments: Opening Barrage, Main Show <br />Body, Select Patriotic Shell, Signature Pattern Shell, Multiple Effects Barrage Cake, <br />and Grand Finale. We have inspected the site. Our proposal can be executed at this <br />site in a manner consistent with all safety standards applicable to this type of display. <br />Our proposal includes a fireworks display choreographed to a musical soundtrack. We <br />will work with the City of Little Canada / Canadian Days Committee to design the <br />soundtrack. We will setup and broadcast the musical soundtrack over a sound system <br />that we will provide at no extra charge. If requested, we will also supply a second <br />audio CD for use in the park area. <br />If you choose RES Specialty Pyrotechnics and would like to go with a multi -year <br />contract an additional 11% product will be added to the show on the second year and <br />an additional 11% + 11% (total 22 %) product will be added to the show on the third <br />year. Each year the fireworks display will be unique. Our product inventory is <br />constantly being updated as we discover new effects. <br />Our customer service and communication principles are based on personal <br />relationships. We listen to your needs and expectations. We then implement them into <br />your program, resulting in a unique one -of -a -kind show. Our displays are a turnkey <br />operation and are coordinated with your event. The entire show is electronically fired <br />for added safety. <br />Our proposal includes all materials, equipment, certified display operators, necessary <br />permits, and $5,000,000.00 :liability insurance. We will issue the insurance certificate <br />with Little Canada Canadian Days and the City of Little Canada as additional insured. <br />The total cost will be $7,500.00.
