Unit Pricing was also received for replacement of metal roof deck in the event deteriorated decking is observed, concrete paver replacement as necessary and replacement of the exterior window at Roof Area 6 where a marginal flashing height for the roofing system exists at the base of the window. On March 4, 2007, I met with Mr. Sean Dougherty of All Systems Roofing at the Little Canada Fire Station to review the project to ensure that Mr. Dougherty fully understands the scope of the project and is prepared to enter into contract with the City of Little Canada for re- roofing. Mr. Dougherty indicated that he understands the scope of the project and will complete the project in accordance with the project drawings for the Base Bid amount of $70,200.00.
