As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,055,069.25. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $52,753.46 and previous payments of $982,921.70, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $19,394.09. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for extra work items that were completed by the <br />Contractor over the course of the project and were recently submitted. We have <br />reviewed the extras submitted and are including in the council packet Change Order #3 <br />for addition to the contract. We have inspected the work preformed by T.A Schifsky & <br />Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract <br />documents.
