WHEREAS: The Engineer determined that it would benefit the public that the revisions above <br />should be accomplished during the project so that additional cost would not be <br />accrued in the future. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT: <br />1. The Contractor shall complete the above described changes and additions to the project. <br />2. Payment for the work was reviewed and approved by the Engineer. <br />3. The Contractor will not make claim of any kind or character for any other costs or <br />expenses that he may have incurred or that he may hereafter incur in performing the <br />work or furnishing the materials of this agreement. <br />Attest <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Adopted this 28th day of February, 2007. <br />
