5. The Shelving located in the Building shall be removed in its entirety <br />or all items stored on such Shelving shall be removed from the Shelving. <br />No storage shall be allowed on the Shelving within the Building unless <br />and until such Shelving is modified pursuant to the State Building Code so <br />that the Shelving can support a load of 250 pounds per square foot. <br />Please note that the corrective action noted above must be completed in a manner <br />so as to not add to or cause any additional code, fire or electrical violations for the entire <br />property located at 3165/3167 Spruce Street, Little Canada, Minnesota. <br />is named in this Order pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes §463.17, Subd. 2 as a holder of a <br />interest in the property. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §463.19, the City of Little Canada will bring a <br />motion for summary enforcement of this Order in the Ramsey County District Court <br />unless you complete the corrective action set forth herein or file an answer to this <br />Order within twenty (20) days from the date of service of this Order upon you. <br />Please be advised that should you fail to complete the corrective action or answer <br />as set forth in this Order, the City of Little Canada intends to enforce this Order by taking <br />the corrective action set forth herein. All expenses incurred on taking such corrective <br />action, including filing fees, service fees, attorneys fees, and all other expenses shall be <br />charged directly to you and against the property. <br />3 <br />4 <br />
