To correct the hazard all means of egress shall be reestablished by removal of debris, <br />automobiles and other obstructions to a clear pathway of at least 36 inches to each exit <br />discharge in compliance with code requirements. (See Picture 3) <br />Storao-e of Combustibles <br />There is open storage of combustible materials throughout this building. This is a <br />violation of multiple fire codes. The hazard is the storage of combustibles located <br />immediately adjacent to the mechanical heating units and inside the electrical room. The <br />storage of these materials is hazardous because their proximity to the units, making them <br />a risk to catch fire and jeopardize the building, its occupants, and any responders. <br />To correct this hazard the property owner shall remove all combustibles from the <br />electrical room. To correct this hazard the property owner shall also remove and store all <br />combustibles in a manner compliant with the Minnesota State Fire Code. (See Pictures <br />9, 12, and 51) <br />7 <br />
