The City Engineer and I recommend that the plantings be either no- <br />maintenance or low - maintenance. We also recommend that the developer establish the <br />landscaping before the City takes over maintenance responsibilities. The City <br />recommends a native grass mix that would only need to be cut once or twice a year, but <br />we are open to discussion of other plantings. <br />
