As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $881,947.94. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $44,097.40 and previous payments of $587,371.84, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $250,478.71. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for placement of the aggregate base, concrete curb <br />and gutter, and rain garden excavation on Viking Drive and Canabury Drive. Also <br />included in the payment are change orders number 1 and 2. We have inspected the <br />work preformed by T.A Schifsky & Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
