Attached for your review and use is the <br />proposed master site plan for the expanded 10 acre site and St. Jude Medical's existing campus. <br />Planned Unit Development <br />As part of the development proposal, St. Jude Medical is requesting a Planned Unit Development for <br />the proposed 47 acre campus. Attached please find architectural and site details for the proposed <br />development. <br />Preliminary Plat <br />A preliminary plat is being requested as part of this proposal that will allow for the existing parcels <br />and the additional 10 acre parcel to be re platted into two separate lots.
