Stat, §117.0I for the purpose of constructing a new Public Works facility. Please <br />consider this letter as evidence that your property was acquired under the threat of <br />eminent.dhmain. <br />You should also be advised that pursuant to our purchase agreement, you made certain <br />warranties that-survive the closing. Those warranties included the fact that this was a voluntary <br />sale and that no person or persons were being displaced as a result of this acquisition.
