b <br />Thereafter, Hanson's salary will be reviewed every January in accordance with the <br />review of the salaries of other City employees and in compliance with the City's <br />comparable worth plan. The City agrees to provide a performance review of <br />Hanson in May of 1990 and in October of every year thereafter. <br />3. DEFERRED COMPENSATION. The City shall execute the necessary documents <br />to allow Hanson to enroll in a deferred compensation plan selected by the <br />agreement of the City and Hanson. The City agrees to contribute an amount <br />equal to the percentage the City would pay to PERA on behalf of Hanson. <br />4. VACATIONS. The City agrees to grant ten days (80 hours) vacation to <br />Hanson on December 11, 1989, and allow Hanson to accrue vacation at the same <br />rate as employees with nine years of employment. During each year thereafter <br />Hanson will also be allowed to accrue vacation at the same rate as other <br />employees with nine years longevity in employment. <br />5. SICK The City will advance Hanson 30 <br />December 11, 1989. Hanson will continue to accrue <br />other employees.
