If Hanson voluntarily resigns his position with the City, Hanson agrees to give <br />the City 45 days advance notice. If Hanson voluntarily resigns his position with <br />the City, there shall be no severance pay due to Hanson. In this event, Hanson <br />will be paid for any unused vacation pay and sick leave at the same rate allowed <br />other employees with similar longevity. <br />11. RELOCATION EXPENSES. The City of Little Canada agrees to pay actual <br />expenses not to exceed $1,500 at such time as he relocates his family and <br />residence to Little Canada or the Little Canada area (defined as a 15 -20 minute <br />travel time from residence to Little Canada City Hall). <br />12. GENERAL EXPENSES. The City recognizes that certain expenses of a non - <br />personal and job affiliated nature will be incurred by Hanson. The City agrees to <br />reimburse or to pay said expenses, subject to- r;ar Council approval. <br />13. HOURS OF WORK. It is understood that the position of City <br />Administrator requires attendance at evening meetings and occasionally at <br />weekend meetings. It is understood by Hanson that additional compensation and <br />compensatory time shall not be allowed with reference to any such additional <br />expenditures of time. It is further understood that Hanson may absent himself <br />from the office to a reasonable extent in consideration of extraordinary time <br />expenditures for evening and weekend meetings at other than normal working <br />hours. <br />- 1 2 - <br />
