THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AND JOEL HANSON This document is the Third AmAnin-lent to the Agreement, dated November 8, 1989, between the City of Little Canada and Joel Hanson. This document amends the following described paragraphs of said Agreement of November 8, 1989. All other provisions of the Agreement of November 8, 1989, remain in full force and effect. Paragraph 2, entitled "Salary", is amended to read as follows: 2. BASE SALARY and Compensation Adiustments. The City shall execute the necessary documents to allow Hanson to enroll in a deferred compensation plan selected by agreement of the City and Hanson. The City agrees to make its required contribution to PERA on behalf of Hanson subject to enrollment in PERA by Hanson, and to contribute an additional $5,000 to the ICMA -RC deferred compensation plan in 2004 on behalf of Hanson. This Third Amendment to the Agreement of November 8, 1989, between the City of Little Canada and Hanson shall be effective January 1, 2004. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Canada has authorized the execution of this First Amendment on behalf of the City of Little Canada by its Mayor and City Administrator, and Hanson has signed this Third Agreement, in duplicate, the day and year first written above.
