The location of the heavy -duty silt fence and orange tree protection fencing should <br />be better defined on the plan. <br />3. Inlet protection devices should be installed in all downstream inlet structures within <br />the parking lot throughout the construction period. <br />4. The size of each structure should be specified along with the frame, ring, and casting <br />type. <br />Sheet CL2.1 <br />1. A White Oak is shown directly east of the new building expansion, but no note is <br />provided. <br />2. The planting of the trees on the sloped areas should be completed prior to the <br />seeding and blanketing or after seeding has been established to minimize <br />disturbance during installation. <br />General Comments <br />1. Storm water drainage calculations must be submitted outlining the pre and post <br />construction conditions. <br />2. A maintenance plan should be provided for ongoing maintenance of the Stormtech <br />system to ensure its effectiveness in the future. This plan should outline the inspection <br />frequency and required maintenance based on results of inspection. <br />3. The disturbance area is over 1 acre in size and therefore a Watershed permit and <br />NPDES permit must be applied for and received. A copy of these approved permits <br />should be provided along with a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />The above comments should be addressed prior to final approval and construction.
