RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2012-01 <br />PARK STREET (County Road C to Dement) <br />WHEREAS, <br />It is proposed to improve Parlc Street (County Road C to Demont) by mill and overlay of <br />bituminous road surface as well as concrete curb and gutter repair and /or replacement and <br />to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that the <br />City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - <br />effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 21" day of December, 2011. <br />William Biesener, Mayor <br />Joel R.
