D. Non - commercial greenhouses and conservatories. <br />E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities which are operated for <br />the enjoyment and convenience of the residents of the principal use and their <br />guests. <br />F. Accessory buildings, accessory recreational buildings, garden sheds, and similar <br />buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non - commercial recreational <br />equipment or use, subject to size, setback, and other regulations in Section <br />903.020. <br />G. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) persons. <br />H. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />905A.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures <br />set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or similar <br />structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the <br />community, provided that: <br />1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and required <br />setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no outside <br />storage. <br />3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided in <br />compliance with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />B. Farm Buildings, farm equipment and farming activities limited to crop production only <br />(no farm animals) provided that: <br />1. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Ordinance are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />905A.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. (See Figure 905 -1) The following <br />minimum requirements shall be observed in an "R -1" District subject to additional requirements, <br />exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area - Interior: 13,000 square feet <br />- Corner: 15,000 square feet <br />B. Lot Width - Interior: 85 feet <br />- Corner: 100 feet <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />-2 <br />
