B. The license shall provide for clean and sanitary <br />conditions of the premises at all times. <br />C. At the time of license application, as well as at the <br />time of ease subsequent license renewal, the license <br />holder shall be required to demonstrate compliance to any <br />applicable regulations adopted by Ramsey County, <br />including regulations adopted subsequent to the initial <br />license. <br />D. The use shall operate only during the hours specified by <br />the City Council. <br />E. No license shall be granted to any establishment that <br />would be located within 300 feet of a residentially zoned <br />parcel, or a property that is used for residential <br />purposes within a PUD District. <br />F. No license shall provide for more than two (2) clients <br />being served at any one time. <br />G. No more than one (1) such license shall be in force in <br />the City at any one time. <br />822.050. REVOCATION AND ABANDONMENT. The City Council may <br />revoke any license issued under this Section in accordance with <br />the procedures specified for Conditional Use Permits in Chapter <br />921.030.E. Whenever a license holder fails to request or <br />receive a license renewal at the time a license lapses, the <br />license shall be considered to be abandoned and activities <br />subject to the regulations in this Section shall be discontinued <br />without notice. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 915 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />915.020.B. Special Uses. The following uses shall be allowed <br />in the "PUD ", Planned Unit Development District, subject to the <br />administrative process for Conditional Use Permits in Section <br />921 of the Zoning Ordinance: <br />1. Tattoo Parlors, subject to compliance with all <br />licensing requirements found in Section 822 of the <br />City Code, and any other applicable regulations. <br />
