B. The license shall provide for clean and sanitary conditions of the premises at all times. C. At the time of license application, as well as at the time of ease subsequent license renewal, the license holder shall be required to demonstrate compliance to any applicable regulations adopted by Ramsey County, including regulations adopted subsequent to the initial license. D. The use shall operate only during the hours specified by the City Council. E. No license shall be granted to any establishment that would be located within 300 feet of a residentially zoned parcel, or a property that is used for residential purposes within a PUD District. F. No license shall provide for more than two (2) clients being served at any one time. G. No more than one (1) such license shall be in force in the City at any one time. 822.050. REVOCATION AND ABANDONMENT. The City Council may revoke any license issued under this Section in accordance with the procedures specified for Conditional Use Permits in Chapter 921.030.E. Whenever a license holder fails to request or receive a license renewal at the time a license lapses, the license shall be considered to be abandoned and activities subject to the regulations in this Section shall be discontinued without notice. Section 2. Section 915 is hereby amended to add the following: 915.020.B. Special Uses. The following uses shall be allowed in the "PUD ", Planned Unit Development District, subject to the administrative process for Conditional Use Permits in Section 921 of the Zoning Ordinance: 1. Tattoo Parlors, subject to compliance with all licensing requirements found in Section 822 of the City Code, and any other applicable regulations.
