Hanson <br />Mayor Blesener has suggested that the Council consider adopting a moratorium on the <br />processing of Single- Family Residential Plats consisting of four or more lots. This <br />moratorium would give the City Council time to study the issues of lot sizes and setbacks <br />for the remaining undeveloped parcels in the City. <br />For your infollnation, I have attached a survey that was done of the surrounding cities <br />relative to these key issues. <br />
