Drywall Supply Addition <br />Development Contract <br />Improvements. The license shall expire after the Required Improvements are installed and <br />approved by the City. <br />Miscellaneous <br />29. The Developer represents that the Plat complies with all city, county, metropolitan, <br />state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to: subdivision ordinances, <br />zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations and pe ,uits thereto related. If the City <br />determines that the Plat does not comply, the City may refuse to allow construction or <br />development work in the Plat until compliance is achieved. Developer represents to City that the <br />Required Improvements will comply with all City, County, Metropolitan, State and Federal laws <br />and regulations, including, but not limited to, subdivision ordinances, zoning ordinances, noise <br />ordinances, and environmental regulations; including wetland impact and mitigation. Developer <br />shall obtain all necessary permits and consents for the Required Improvements including, but not <br />limited to, any permits required by the Minnesota Department of Health for water main <br />extensions, any permits required by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for sanitary sewer <br />main extension, any permits required by the Metropolitan Council Waste Water Services <br />Division for connections to sanitary sewer lines, any permits required by the Ramsey - <br />Washington Watershed District for grading and storm water discharge, and any permits or <br />approvals necessary to properly comply with Wetland regulations. Developer shall reimburse <br />the City for any costs or expenses incurred by the City due to the need for any permits or <br />consents, and shall be responsible for compliance with any other requirements imposed by the <br />agencies in question. <br />30. Developer shall comply with the Little Canada Landscaping Ordinance. <br />31. Prior to the commencement of any work, Developer or his engineer shall schedule a <br />preconstiuction meeting to be held at the Little Canada City Hall at a date and time agreeable to <br />City. Said meeting shall include all parties concerned, including, but not limited to, City staff, <br />- 9 - <br />
