904. GENERAL DISTRICT PROVISIONS 904.010. ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS. The following zoning classifications are hereby established within the City of Little Canada. A. Residential Districts: 1. "R -1 ", Single Family Residential District 2. "R -2 ", Medium Density Residential District 3. "R -3 ", High Density Residential District 4. "R -4 ", Mobile Home Park District 5. "R -B ", Residential - Business District B. Business Districts: 1. "B-1", Limited Neighborhood Business District 2. "B -2 ", Auto - Oriented Business District 3. "B -3 ", General Business District 4. `B -4 ", Comprehensive Business District 5. "B -W ", Business - Warehousing District 6. `B -I ", Business - Industrial District C. Industrial Districts: 1. "I-1", Light Industrial District 2. "I -P ", Industrial Park District 3. "I -2 ", General Industrial District D. Special Districts: 1. "PUD ", Planned Unit Development District 2. "FP ", Floodplain District 3. "S ", Shoreland District 4. "W ", Wetland Systems District 5. "P ", Public District 904.020. ZONING MAP. The location and boundaries of the districts established by this text are hereby set forth on the Zoning Map entitled "Zoning Map of Little Canada ". Said map shall be on file with the City Clerk, and hereinafter referred to as the "Zoning Map ". Which map and all the notations, references and other information shown thereon shall have the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein and thereby made a part of this Ordinance by reference. 904.030. ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES. Zoning district boundary lines of this Ordinance follow lot lines, railroad right -of -way lines, the center of water courses or the corporate limit lines, all as they exist upon the effective date of this Ordinance. A. Appeals concerning the exact location of a zoning district boundary line shall be heard by the City Council serving as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals. 904 -1 - 1 0 2 -
