The display area must not, in the judgment of the City Council, detract <br />from the building architecture or landscaping, or constitute the <br />primary visual focus of the site or building in question. <br />8. Other conditions that the City Council deems necessary to protect and <br />enhance the quality of building and site design of other commercial <br />development in the neighborhood. <br />912.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. The following minimum <br />requirements shall be observed in an "B -3" District subject to additional <br />requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area: 15,000 square feet <br />B. Lot Width: 100 feet <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than forty (40) feet <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Abutting residential property or public right -of -way: 40 <br />feet <br />b. Abutting non - residential property: None <br />3. Rear Yards: Not less than twenty (20) feet <br />912.060. BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. <br />A. Height: No structure shall exceed three (3) stories or thirty -six (36) feet, <br />whichever is least, except as provided herein. <br />- 1 4 0 - <br />
