MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 21, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 21st day of December, 2011 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in <br />said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Finance Director Ms. Shelly Rueckert <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -12 -239 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2011 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER 21, 2011 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />NOVEMBER 21, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />WATER The Mayor reminded the general public that the City is in the process of <br />METER changing out its water meter system to a remote read system. Residential <br />CHANGE- property owners who make an appointment for this change -out and achieve <br />OUT a successful change -out in the first attempt will be entered into a drawing for <br />PROGRAM one quarter of free water. Ten prizes will be awarded. <br />
