The billing rates quoted above are consistent with the rates we charged Lake Elmo in 2008 and <br />Arden Hills in 2006. We would also seek to have Roseville IT Staff provide remote access for <br />select Roseville Finance Department employees into your Springbrook accounting system. As <br />you may know, we have the same system and remote access will allow us to process many <br />transactions without being physically on site, which will save you money on travel time. <br />We had the same arrangement with Lake Elmo and it worked extremely well. And we can <br />restrict access to only those functions within Springbrook that will be needed to perform the <br />assigned duties. Certainly we will be available on -site when necessary. <br />Given the limited scope of services and their temporary nature, I am comfortable using this <br />proposal (or amended proposal as needed) to guide our arrangement.
