MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 25, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />January, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Trevor Oliver <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -1 -20 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED: <br />JANUARY9, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING; <br />JANUARY 9, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CERTIFICATE Mayor Blesener presented Jennifer Maleitzke with a Certificate of <br />OF Appointment to the Planning Commission and thanked her for her <br />APPOINTMENT willingness to serve. Maleitzke thanked the Council and indicated that she <br />was looking forward to serving on the Planning Commission. <br />
