MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 14, 2026 Ms. Kuhnau provided examples of similar stations and noted that additional information can be found on the Metro Transit website. Malone asked and received confirmation that the park and ride would continue to operate as is. Mayor Fischer opened the public hearing for comments from the general public. There were no comments from the public. Upon motion by Kwapick, seconded by Miller, the public hearing was closed. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Motion adopted. Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2026-1-2 — APPROVING A FRONT SETBACK VARIANCE FOR A PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AT 0 MARKETPLACE DRIVE, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS AND FINDINGS OF FACT WITHIN THE STAFF REPORT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. CONSENT AGENDA Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONNO. 2026-1-3 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING. - Approval of the Vouchers • Approve 2026 Designation of Data Practices Responsible Authority — Compliance Official, Ratify City Procedures for Access to Public and Private Data • Approve 2026 Designation of Pioneer Press as the City's Legal Newspaper for 2026 • Approve Temporary Contracted Finance Director Services • Approve Partial Pay Request No. 4 to OMG Midwest for 2025 Improvement Projects The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. STAFF REPORTS APPROVE A TITLE VI IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR LITTLE CANADA ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The City Engineer explained that the Council is asked to consider the adoption of the City of Little Canada Title VI Implementation Plan. He noted that it is linked to the Little Canada Road project, but also reflects things the city is already committed to. He provided an overview of the details within the plan and recommended approval as presented. 3
