Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-12-187 —APPROVING A SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR <br />ORDINANCES 922, 923, 924, 9255, AND 926 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRESENTATIONS (CONTINUED) <br />LITTLE CANADA FIRE DEPARTMENT DONATION (CONTINUED) <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-12-188 — A CCEPTING THE DONATION OF $150, 000 FROM <br />THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SECONDHAND GOODS DEALER LICENSE RENEWALS <br />The City Clerk stated that there are four applicants renewing their licenses: Quality Furniture, Joe's <br />Sporting Goods, Three Stars Sportscards and New Day Thrift Store. She stated that they are working <br />through the required materials, fees, and inspections, and recommended approval contingent upon <br />those items being completed. <br />Mayor Fischer opened the public hearing for comments from the general public. <br />There were no comments from the public. Upon motion by Kwapick, seconded by Gutierrez, the <br />public hearing was closed. Ayes (5). Nays (0).
