MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 17, 2025 <br />Mayor Fischer stated that when ADUs first came forward, he was apprehensive, but learning the <br />interests of the public helped him understand. He noted that the cost to construct an ADU is high, and <br />therefore, someone moving forward on that will have put a lot of thought into it. He recognized that <br />they may revisit the ADU regulations as they move forward. <br />Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-12-182 —ADOPTING ORDINANCE 922, AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTERS 904, 905, 906, AND 907 OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING <br />CODE, STREAMLINING A CCESSOR Y B UILDING AND SIR UCT URE DISTRICT <br />STANDARDS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0).
