corrected by March 1, 2012. To achieve resolution, all debris associated with said fire <br />must be removed from the property and disposed of properly. Also, all other junk and <br />debris needs to be removed from the property or stored inside an approved structure such <br />as a storage shed. If this work is not completed by noon on Thursday, March 1, 2012 <br />the City will take the necessary steps to abate the nuisance pursuant to Section 601.080 of <br />the Little Canada City Code. (Copy attached.) <br />City staff will be requesting the City Council authorize staff to proceed with the <br />abatement of these nuisance violations if compliance is not achieved by March 151 during <br />their meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
