The results of that poll were 27 respondents in favor <br />of a full color newsletter and 31 in favor of the black and white option. We did not ask <br />about the two ink color option as it was felt the added value going from black and white <br />to two ink colors was just not there. <br />Council Member McGraw has asked that the Council discuss this issue at the March 14111 <br />meeting. Direction can then be provided to City staff for future newsletter issues. <br />
