Results would be tallied with the top selection <br />having the most points. <br />McGraw suggested selecting the top five choices to increase the odds <br />each given it may be difficult for the five Council Members to have <br />overlapping three selections. Council agreed. <br />The Administrator indicated that he would put a ballot together and asked <br />the Council to email their rankings to him. He would compile the results <br />and report at the next meeting. <br />CALL The City Administrator recommended that a workshop meeting be called <br />WORKSHOP- prior to the first meeting in April to review action plans for 2012 Goals. <br />2010 GOAL <br />ACTION PLANS Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -2 -41— CALLING A WORKSHOP MEETING <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 11, 2012 AT 6:00 P.M. TO REVIEW 2012 <br />GOAL ACTION PLANS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ROSEVILLE The entire Council wished the Roseville Girls' Hockey Team good luck in <br />GIRLS' the State Tournament. <br />HOCKEY <br />TEAM <br />ADJOURN Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -2 -42 — ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
