MINUTES CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 22, 2012 property. McGraw asked about the use of the five designated spaces for indoor auto display as an area for auto repair. The City Planner pointed out that the State license requires the five indoor display spaces, but was not sure if the State would limit the use of these spaces. The Planner indicated that the issue is not addressed in the City Code. Montour asked about the issues raised in the Code Enforcement Officer's February 16, 2012 report. Fischer replied that those issues have been corrected. McGraw asked if the limitation that there be no outdoor display extended to signage and not just vehicles. The City Plainer replied that the limitation was no outdoor display of vehicles associated with the indoor auto sales CUP. There was no one else present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Keis, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was closed. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -2 -36— APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR INDOOR, RETAIL USED -CAR SALES DEALERSHIPS FOR 200 AND 202 RYAN DRIVE SUBJECT TO THERE BEING NO OUTDOOR STORAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE INDOOR, RETAIL USED CAR DEALERSHIPS AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AS OUTLINED IN HER REPORTS DATED FEBRUARY I, 2012 AND FEBRUARY 16, 2012 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. VARIANCE — Montour opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for a Variance 298 ROSE to allow the storage of a wood pile in a front yard and to allow the parking LANE — of operational recreational trailers, recreational equipment, utility trailer, ANDERSON and other related equipment in the front yard of 298 Rose Lane. It was noted that the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Variance subject to conditions. 4
