MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MARCH 8, 2012 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of March, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: PLANNING COMMISSION: ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen Mr. Scott Barraclough Mr. Tom Duray Mr. Tom Fischer Mr. Jon Hall Ms. Jennifer Maleitzke Ms. Heidi Murphy Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk ELECTION By unanimous vote, Dan Knudsen was elected as Chair and Tom Duray OF OFFICERS as the Vice Chair of the Planning Commission for 2012. MINUTES The February 9, 2012 Planning Commission meeting minutes were approved as submitted. AMENDMENT Russ Fischer, 200 Ryan Drive, appeared before the Commission TO CUP — requesting an Amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor 200 RYAN storage to include up to three storage containers on his property. Fischer DRIVE — noted that there are four addresses in his building, three of which are RUSS leased to auto mechanics. In order to keep the property clean, Fischer FISCHER is requesting the storage containers so that the auto mechanics can store their various auto parts inside the containers. Fischer indicated that he would start with one storage container at this time, but may go up to a maximum of three. Knudsen asked where the auto parts are currently being stored. Fischer replied that they are being stored inside the building. The mechanics would like to get the parts into containers so they have more working room inside the building.
