CITY OF LITTLE CANADA Ordinance No. 610 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 403 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, AS RELATES TO PARKING REGULATIONS The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: Section 1. Section 403.010 is hereby amended to read as follows: PARKING PROHIBITED. There are hereby established parking regulations, including parts of streets within the City, wherein parking will be prohibited in portions of streets and wherein parking will be restricted to certain hours and hereinafter set forth. It should be noted that at no time is the on- street parking of anything other than licensed, operable motor vehicles allowed. Section 2. Section 403.050 is hereby amended to read as follows: WINTER PARKING BAN. The parking of any motor vehicle upon any street or road in the City of Little Canada is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November is through April 1a of each year. Vehicles of violators may be tagged and towed away by or at the direction of the City and the expense of such towing may be charged to the owner of such vehicle. Any such towing or storage charges incurred by the City will be paid by the owner before he is allowed to reclaim his vehicle. Section 3. The following sections are hereby renumbered as follows: Section 403.050 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PROHIBITED is renumbered to Section 403.060. Section 403.060 ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE LANES is renumbered to Section 403.070. Section 403.070 PARKING PROHIBITED IN FIRE LANES is renumbered to Section 403.080. Section 403.080 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY PROHIBITED is renumbered to Section 403.090. Section 403.090 PENALTY is renumbered to Section 403.100.
