With each <br />element, a comment is included discussing possible related issues. <br />a. As a precondition to any outdoor storage, a business must occupy no less <br />than 1,000 square feet of building space on the same property as the <br />proposed storage area. <br />The 1,000 square foot number would be consistent with the current <br />zoning ordinance regulation that requires a building of at least <br />1,000 square feet for every property, except as may be allowed by <br />a separate CUP. <br />b. Vehicle Storage — the CUP would allow the storage of licensed, operable <br />motor vehicles, including passenger automobiles, light trucks, commercial <br />trucks, semis, and licensed trailers. <br />This clause would be intended to prohibit the storage of any <br />vehicle or vehicle part that is not licensed or in operable condition <br />under its own power, or any trailer that can not be attached and <br />moved in its existing condition, The prohibition would include <br />"repairables" or "clips ". <br />c. Construction materials, loose or used — the CUP would allow for the storage <br />of loose construction and landscaping materials, including sand, salt, gravel, <br />
