MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 26, 2006 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Allan stated that one of the Zoning Code review workshops the indication <br />was that any improvement of 25% or more to a structure would cause the <br />driveway paving requirement to come into play. <br />The Planner noted that the Planning Commission will discuss these issues <br />in their review of the proposed Zoning Code amendment. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -7 -170 — CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ZONING CODE AMENDMENT <br />RELATIVE TO FENCE PERMITS AND DRIVEWAY STANDARDS <br />UNTIL THE AUGUST 23, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLTUION NO. 2006 -7 -171— APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT TO O'MALLEY <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR 2006 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER #2 FOR 2006 IMPROVEMENTS <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR <br />SPORTSMEN'S CLUB; <br />*CALL FOR A 2007 BUDGET WORKSHOP FOR WEDNESDAY, <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 AT 6:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
