(1)Toxic and hazardous waste including items such as batteries, tires, <br />construction material, motor oils, and paint in liquid form. <br />(2)White goods. <br />(3) Tree limbs, brush and such other items, except as provided for <br />in "yard waste ". <br />(4) Animal waste and solid waste materials resulting from industrial, <br />commercial, and agricultural operations, and from community <br />activities. <br />(5) Earthen fill, boulders, rock, and other materials normally handled <br />in construction operations, solids or dissolved materials in <br />domestic sewage or other significant pollutants in waste <br />resources, such as silt, dissolved or suspended solids in industrial <br />waste water effluent, dissolved materials in irrigation return <br />flows; or other common water pollutants. <br />(6) Electronics containing cathode ray tubes (CRT's). <br />Containers. All occupants of residential dwelling units in the City <br />shall be required by ordinance to keep garbage and refuse in approved <br />30, 60, 90 or 150 gallon containers. as described below: Exempted <br />are senior residents who qualify for the low volume bag rate. They <br />may use stickered 30- gallon trash bags. <br />(1) <br />exceed a total of 30 gallons. <br />(3)A container of 60 gallons or a limit of two (2) eon te <br />cxcccd a total of 60 gallons. <br />(11)A container of 90 gallons or a limit of three (3) containers not to <br />exceed a total of 90 gallons <br />(5)Fivc (5) containers of 30 gallons not to exceed 150 gallons in <br />capacity. <br />d. Location.
