Hanson <br />www. ci.little -c anada. mn. u s <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: September 22, 2006 <br />RE: <br />Application for Transfer of Gas Dispensing License and <br />Issuance of Tobacco License <br />Citgo Station — 300 Little Canada Road <br />Mr. Daniel Ross is in the process of purchasing the Citgo Station at 300 Little Canada <br />Road and has requested the transfer of Gas Dispensing License and the issuance of a <br />Tobacco License. The anticipated closing date on the property is approximately October <br />15, 2006. <br />A Sheriff's Department Background check is pending on Mr. Ross, the results of which <br />should be available for Wednesday's meeting. Contingent on a satisfactory background <br />check, staff would recommend approval of these licenses. <br />
