Memorandum <br />To: Little Canada Mayor / Council <br />From: Dick & Jimbo Boss <br />September 14, 2006 <br />Our son Jimbo and daughter -in -law have approached us about building a new home <br />on a piece of our property located at 57 E. Bryan St. (see drawing attached) <br />Preliminary discussion with City Representatives indicated that a street 28' wide with <br />curb and gutter is the current ordinance. For us to do this without help from the <br />railroad or others is economically unfeasible. Therefore we are requesting a variance. <br />The following is a list of items for consideration and discussion: <br />Outline for Discussion: <br />• New Lot - 95' x 285' = 19,537 sq. feet <br />• New Home build a new home Jimbo and Michelle Boss <br />• Possibility of vacating Boss Rd. <br />
