CHANGE ORDER #1 <br />(Attachment) <br />This contract is amended as follows: <br />WHEREAS: There is a delay in the Owner furnished equipment for the Jessica Court Lift <br />Station; and <br />WHEREAS: This delay is not due in any part to the installation contractor. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT: <br />1. The date for substantial completion of the Jessica Court lift station shall be extended 30 <br />days to March 2, 2007. The original substantial completion date of January 31, 2007 <br />shall still apply to the County Road B2 lift station and the final completion date of May <br />31, 2007 shall still apply to both project sites. <br />2. No additional payment shall be made due to the contract time extension. <br />3. The Contractor will not make claim of any kind or character for any other costs or <br />expenses that he may have incurred or that he may hereafter incur in performing the <br />work or furnishing the materials of this agreement. <br />
