In order to assure that no easement will be required, the material type of the <br />retaining wall along with a detail shall be submitted for review. <br />8. Please provide a note to explain that Labore Road is required to be open to <br />traffic at all times during construction. A flagman may be necessary during <br />certain periods of the construction in order to complete this. <br />Utility Plan <br />1. The paved radius of the cul -de -sac shown on the plat is noted to be 45 -feet, <br />however sheets C2.1 and C2.2 show the radius of the cul -de -sac to be 44- <br />feet. Please adjust these sheets to show the correct radius. <br />2. All 12 -inch and 15 -inch RCP shall be Class V. <br />3. A note should be added to the plans to require that stainless steel bolts shall <br />be used on all fittings, hydrants, and valves. <br />4. One piece of ductile iron pipe shall be brought out of the proposed lift station. <br />5. A note should be added to the plans to specify that an outside drop is <br />required for sanitary manhole #1. <br />6. The flared end sections shall have an additional note added which will require <br />that a trashguard be installed with all flared end sections. <br />Lift Station Detail Sheet <br />1. It appears as if the owner will be supplying the equipment for the proposed lift <br />station. Please note if this is correct. <br />2. An electrical plan and the specifications for the proposed lift station should be <br />submitted for review. <br />Detail Sheet <br />1. Additional details should be provided for the sanitary sewer services and the <br />insulation over the watermain at storm sewer crossings. <br />2. The sanitary and storm sewer manhole covers shall be ESS Brothers 301 <br />with two concealed pick holes. <br />3. Please delete all casting inlet protection options from the plans except for the <br />Wimco. <br />4. Since the silt fence detail does not require any wire mesh to be installed, the <br />post should be noted to be driven a minimum of three feet into the ground. <br />General <br />As part of the submittal survey shots were providing indicating the storm water <br />flow route from the pond outlet to Kohlman Lake for verification of an outlet.
