The silt fence, which goes around the perimeter of the infiltration pond, shall be tied into the other <br />sift fence that goes around the project site. <br />• The silt fence encompassing the pond has been extended to tie into the silt fence around the <br />site. <br />7. In order to assure that no easement will be required, the material type of the retaining wall along <br />with a detail shall be submitted for review. <br />• The retaining wall will be a keystone system, a detail has been added to C3. <br />8. Please provide a note to explain that Labore Road is required to be open to traffic at all times <br />during construction. A flagman may be necessary during certain periods of the construction in <br />order to complete this. <br />• Note added to all plan view sheets. <br />Utility Plan <br />1. The paved radius of the cul -de -sac shown on the plat is noted to be 45 -feet, however C2.1 and <br />C2.2 show the radius of the cul -de -sac to be 44 -feet. Please adjust these sheets to show the <br />correct radius. <br />• The mentioned radius has been adjusted to the correct dimension. <br />2. All 12 -inch and 15 -inch RCP shall be Class V <br />• RCP note Updated to specify Class V. <br />3. A note should be added to the plans to require that stainless steel bolts shall be used on all fittings, <br />hydrants, and valves. <br />• Note added to utility plans specifying stainless steel bolts. <br />4. One Piece of ductile iron pipe shall be brought out of the proposed lift station. <br />• Revised the section of sanitary sewer leading to the lift station requiring DIP to be used <br />entering the lift station. <br />5. A note should be added to the plans to specify that an outside drop is required for sanitary <br />manhole #1. <br />• Note added to profile specifying an outside drop at manhole #1. <br />6. The flared end sections shall have an additional note added which will require that a trash guard be <br />installed with all flared end sections. <br />• Added note specifying the use of a trash guard at all flared ends. <br />Lift Station Detail Sheet <br />1. It appears as if the owner will be supplying the equipment for the proposed lift station, Please note <br />if this is correct. <br />• Notes concerning who is to supply which parts have been removed. Supplier for equipment <br />will be determined when contractor is selected. <br />2. An electric plan and the specifications for the proposed lift station should be submitted for review. <br />• Electrical Engineer will provide when complete. <br />7 <br />
