Conditional Use Permit #1 <br />Prestige Pools has been located at 3 E Little Canada Road <br />(Round Lake Plaza) since the early 1990's. Recently we had the <br />opportunity to purchase the Corner Coffee House. We are in the <br />business of building and servicing pools throughout the Twin <br />Cities. The retail aspect of the business consists of selling pool <br />supplies and toys. This traffic is mainly concentrated during the <br />months of April through August. During the months of September <br />through March we experience very little walk -in traffic and <br />consequently the neighborhood would also. <br />Prior to our purchase we met with Steve Grittman to question if <br />our request was reasonable (Steve was very helpful but did not <br />promise anything) and seemed to think it was. <br />Currently (and for the past 30 years) our hours are the following: <br />May- Sept M -Thurs 9 -7 Fri 9 -5 Sat 9 -3 and closed Sunday <br />Oct- April M -F 9 -12 and closed Sat and Sun <br />The equipment we utilize consists of service vans. We do not <br />own dump trucks, excavators or semi type vehicles. <br />2 <br />
