The size of the building (4000 square feet) <br />allows us to build up to 30% of this in the form of an auxiliary <br />structure. This 1200 square foot garage would match (roof, <br />siding, trim) the main structure. <br />i spoke with the neighbor to the east (she being the main person <br />impacted by its construction) and she was very agreeable and <br />did not voice any negative reaction. <br />The impact on our parking would also be minimal. We are <br />required to have a minimum of 8 parking spaces. After the garage <br />construction, we will still have 15 parking spaces available. <br />This garage would be used for storing bulky items, plumbing <br />materials and small but heavy boxes containing heaters, liners <br />and cover fabrics. <br />Thank you <br />Pat Henry <br />3 <br />
