STATE OF MINNESOTA LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />CERTIFICATE OF <br />DEFERRED <br />ASSESSMENT <br />The above - entitled matter came on to be heard before the Little Canada City Council on <br />the 20th day of November, 2006, for a deferment of special assessments pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Section 429.061. The undersigned, being the duly qualified City Administrator of the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota, does hereby state that pursuant to Little Canada Resolution <br />Number 2005 -11- , there are deferred special assessments against the property described as <br />follows, and further the amounts of such deferred special assessments and the commencement of <br />payment are further set forth below. <br />PIN NO. 07- 29 -22 -11 -0011 <br />Total Deferred Assessment - $5,464.00 <br />1.
