As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Tower Asphalt, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $2,163,313.45. <br />Subtracting retainage of $108,165.67 and previous payments in the amount of <br />$1,912,307.02, the amount due the Contractor is $142,840.76. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the pavement for concrete work on the project <br />as well as the final wear placement on County Road B2, Noel Drive, and Carla Lane. <br />We have inspected the work performed by Tower Asphalt, Inc. and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
