construction material, motor oils, and paint in liquid form. <br />(2) White goods, except as provided for in Bulky Item Pickup. <br />(3) Tree limbs, brush and such other items, except as provided for in <br />"yard waste ". <br />(4) Animal waste and solid waste materials resulting from industrial, <br />commercial, and agricultural operations, and from community <br />activities. <br />(5) Earthen fill, boulders, rock, and other materials normally handled in <br />construction operations, solids or dissolved materials in domestic <br />sewage or other significant pollutants in waste resources, such as silt, <br />dissolved or suspended solids in industrial waste water effluent, <br />dissolved materials in irrigation return flows; or other common water <br />pollutants. <br />(6) Electronics containing cathode ray tubes (CRT's). <br />c. Containers. All occupants of residential dwelling units in the City <br />shall be required by ordinance to keep garbage and refuse in approved <br />30, 60, 90 or 150 gallon containers. Exempted are senior residents who <br />qualify for the low volume bag rate. They may use stickered 30- gallon <br />trash bags. <br />d. Location. Residential dwelling units shall have, as required by the City <br />ordinance, their container located at the boulevard adjoining the curb on <br />or before 7:00 a.m. on the designated day of collection. <br />e. Frequency. Each residential dwelling unit shall have its refuse collected a <br />minimum of once per week. <br />f. Additional Collection Service. Refuse in excess of the designated <br />volume -base per dwelling unit or residential dwelling units desiring <br />collection of items from a location other than the boulevard adjoiningthe <br />curb will be subject to additional collection service charges as set forth <br />in Attachment `B." Collection service for white goods and bulky items <br />must have prior arrangements with the Contractor for collection and <br />shall also be billed in accordance with Attachment "B "; except as <br />provided for in Bulky Item Pickup. <br />g.
