ARTICLE 2 <br />SECTION 2.01. Water Service <br />A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Board agrees to furnish and <br />deliver water to Little Canada on a "demand basis ". "Demand Basis" is defined as a <br />continuous supply of water for the entire twenty -four (24) hours of the day, subject to and <br />limited by the Board's available system supply and system deliverability, as determined <br />by the Board. In addition, the Board's supply of water to Little Canada shall be on an <br />equal and proportionate basis as compared to other Board customers. <br />B. The Board will furnish water at a minimum pressure as determined by elevation 205 <br />City of Saint Paul Datum. Little Canada shall provide supplemental pumpage to meet its <br />required pressures. <br />C. The Board will furnish water to Little Canada at the locations listed below, each a "Point <br />of Delivery ". <br />1) County Road B. <br />Actual Points of Delivery are the water main control valves located north of <br />East County Road B and [to be described after reviewing Little Canada's <br />drawings of its pumping station and supply mains], as shown on Attachment <br />A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />2) Carla Lane. <br />Actual Points of Delivery are the two Little Canada water main control valves <br />located near the west line of Keller Parkway, as shown on Attachment B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />VAEngincering\B I SCHIDA\A.greements \Water Service \Little Canada\L ttIe Canada_10 -t8 -06 doc 3 <br />-4- <br />
